Nicole offers therapy to adolescents (10 and over) and adults. In working with clients, Nicole offers practical ideas and strategies to assist individuals make positive changes and expand their coping skills. Areas of interest and experience include: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse, trauma, stress, life transitions and parenting issues. Nicole is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Nicole offers ADHD testing to adolescents and adults.

In Australia, Nicole was a former teacher and school psychologist. In these roles, she worked with children and adolescents experiencing a range of behavior, mental health and learning issues. These clients came from many different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Nicole received an undergraduate degree in Psychology, History, English and Primary and High School Teaching from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She worked for 10 years as a teacher in Sydney, London UK, and Toronto. She is a former member of the Ontario College of Teachers. Nicole completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Western Sydney. Nicole shares her time working at the STAR Family Health Team and RGA Psychological & Counselling Services.
