A warm welcome! My name is Jen and I am a psychotherapist (qualifying), with a Masters of Counselling Psychology program from Yorkville University. I have been a passionate educator for over 20 years, working alongside diverse students and their families in a range of locations and populations, including international schools in the UK and Europe.

My heart is in supporting children (ages 5-12) and adolescents (13-18) alongside their families, in a safe, non-judgemental space, offering warmth, empathy and a belief in resiliency and autonomy. I offer a collaborative and strengths-based approach, understanding the unique and capable qualities of each client. Creating a strong, therapeutic connection with my clients is of utmost priority for me as it is the foundation for making positive change.

My areas of interest and experience are in working with children/youth and their families from varied multi-cultural backgrounds, with issues such as anxiety, emotional regulation, identity and relational skills within friendships and family. Using evidence-based modalities, such as Play-based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Polyvagal Therapy are a sample of what may be utilized, depending on the individual needs of each client.

I look forward to meeting with you and working together for meaningful and positive change.

I am accepting new clients, either in person or virtually.
