Alisa obtained an Honours B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Alisa holds professional membership with OACCPP (Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists) and has registered with CRPO (College of registered Psychotherapists of Ontario).
Alisa offers services to adolescents, adults, couples, and seniors. She has experience working with individuals suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, self-esteem, addictions, and relationship issues. Her approach is person centred and solution focused and Alisa practices using mindfulness based interventions.
