Megan Pass is a newly Registered Social Worker with eight years of experience in the social services field working with children, youth, adults and families. As a new social worker, she brings a lot of enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to her practice. Megan values providing support with trauma informed lens and implements a strengths-based approach.

Megan has a passion for adult mental health and overall wellness. She has experience working individuals and families from diverse backgrounds with a variety of challenges. The majority of her experience is with adults who have a dual diagnosis.

Megan feels that as a social worker it is an honour to be in a position to support and empower people when they are vulnerable by helping people recognize their own strengths and teach healthy coping skills.

Megan has achieved her Masters of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to this Megan studied at the University of Waterloo completing her undergraduate degree in Social Development Studies and her Honors Bachelor of Social Work degree.
